Shattered Heart item
Shattered Heart is an unlockable active item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Explodes all 
Hearts in the room, dealing damage to nearby enemies and leaving damaging creep.
Damage of explosion and creep scales with the strength of the heart destroyed and the current floor, using the formula: BaseHeartDamage + (0.5 * Stage)
Base damage of heart is determined by how much health it grants, using the formula: 3.5 * HalfHeartGranted, with some special exceptions:
Special Heart damage:
• 
Eternal Heart: 21
• 
Gold Heart: 10.5
• 
Rotten Heart: 10.5
• 
Bone Heart: 10.5

Defeat Delirium as 
Tainted Leah.
